Stonewood offers two primary investment portfolios. An actively managed Global Equity Fund and an Asset Allocation Fund.
The Global Equity Fund is an active long only equity Fund aiming to earn a higher total rate of return than world equity markets over a rolling five year period.
The Fund is a high-conviction portfolio of high-quality companies that are expected to outperform the global equity market in the long run.
The Adventurous Fund is an Active Asset Allocation Fund targeting a return of US CPI +4% per annum return in US$ with equity exposure of between 20% and 90%.
The Fund seeks to balance appreciation of capital and risk of loss to provide capital growth over the long-term with a global diversified portfolio of equities, fixed income, listed real estate, and commodity linked instruments.
Stonewood also offers a number of Investment Strategies designed to deliver a targeted return and risk profile over a medium to long term period. Clients select these funds based on their investment objective and risk profile.
The Strategy targets a 5% return in US$ with equity exposure of between 10% and 40%
The Strategy targets a 5% return in US$ with equity exposure of between 30% and 60%
The Strategy targets a 5% return in US$ with equity exposure of between 50% and 80%
The Strategy targets a 5% return in US$ with equity exposure of at least 70%
